This experimental setup is based on international standardsISO9136-2：1999Determination of Bulk Density of AbrasivesPart 2: Micropowder "and National StandardsGB∕T20316.2-2006

The relevant technical requirements for the development and production of specialized testing instruments for the determination of bulk density of ordinary abrasives micro powders include a feeding part, a vibration feeding part, and an electrical control part. Load the micro powder to be tested into the funnel, and the micro powder will be in a stable state under its own accumulation effect. After the electromagnetic oscillator is started, the micro powder flows into the measuring bucket in a specific way and path under the action of electromagnetic vibration. The micro powder that falls into the measuring cylinder is scraped flat. The mass of the micro powder in the measuring cylinder after scraping is weighed on a balance, and then divided by the volume of the measuring cylinder to measure the bulk density of the micro powder to be measured.

Scope of application: Suitable for detecting the bulk density of micro powders used in the manufacturing of bonded grinding tools and coated grinding tools, as well as for detecting the bulk density of diamond micro powders and other micro powder materials. Its detection method and results have complete universality with internationally recognized detection methods.
